Fractal Art

...pretty dope, eh?

Fractal art must have been thought up either by a totally mad science genius, or someone who was really smart but took too much acid. Its a mathematical means of composing objects and colors in a visual and geometric scheme. To me, fractal art is digital poetry in one of its rawest forms. The technical manipulation of shapes and geometric prisms allows the artist to completely control the canvas or whatever their medium might be. You've probably seen fractal art before but not known it. Fractal art can be 3D, it can come in photo form, it may take a textile texture or it might look flat - but fractal :).  I'm no expert to be honest, but here are some pieces that move me.
